Follow Radar turns your official Instagram data export into a clear dashboard: unfollowers, new followers, mutual followers, fans you missed and accounts that never followed you back. No Instagram password, no scraping — you download your followers and following lists with Instagram's own "Download your information" tool and upload the file here.

How it works

1. Export followers + following from Instagram (Settings → Accounts Centre → Download your information, JSON format).
2. Upload followers_1.json and following.json (or the ZIP) at /app.
3. Get your answers: who left, who is new, mutuals and ghosts. Re-export weekly to track growth.
